Established in 1984 by founder and CEO, Judith Zarend, Segue, Inc. is a non-profit mental health agency whose Board of Directors, Administrators and Staff are dedicated to the availability of essential and intensive outpatient services to Jackson and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan.
