Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice that increases opportunities for meaningful life outcomes for people with severe mental illness who are the most vulnerable to homelessness and frequent hospitalizations.

Case management services are used to provide assistance to people in accessing community based supports and services that will help them achieve life goals through development of trusting relationships with their case manager that promote growth and recovery.

FPE is an evidenced-based practice that provides a structured opportunity for people with serious mental illness and their families to receive information about the illness, learn problem solving skills, and make connections with other families with similar experiences.

Psychiatric services are provided in a timely fashion by highly trained and specialized doctors to individuals with serious mental illness offering comprehensive diagnostic and medication management.

Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) are individuals that utilize lived experiences that provide an understanding and practical perspective to help address life challenges of other people living with a serious mental illness.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) is an evidence-based practice that helps people to address the unique challenges of living with both a serious mental illness and a substance use disorder.

Medication delivery is a community living support that helps people enhance their understanding and experience of how medications can improve quality of life and build skills towards greater medication independence.

Outpatient therapy services are provided by skilled master’s prepared therapists utilizing a variety of interventions to assist people in increasing their abilities to address the challenges of living with serious mental illness and achieve optimal life functioning.
